The Vice President of Asset Management position will report to the CEO. As an integral member of the company's management team, the candidate must be mature and highly confident of their abilities and be considered a detail-oriented person who can tackle numerous projects simultaneously. S/he should be a strategic thinker and able to establish credibility and direct a group towards a common vision.

Asset Management Analyst
The Asset Management Analyst position will report to the Vice President of Asset Management. The candidate must have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred candidates have either a major in hotel administration or prior real estate experience, a strong record of academic achievement and demonstrated quantitative skills.
